Burglary - housing development

Good afternoon,

On Friday morning, we received a report of a burglary at the housing development off Standen Hall Drive/Goldcrest Drive. 

The burglary happened overnight between Thursday and Friday.

The property was unoccupied. The suspects have stolen a boiler and a kitchen that was boxed up, ready to be installed. 

Due to what was stolen, it is likely that a van was used to facilitate this burglary. The property was located in an area of the housing development which was fenced off. The fences had been moved off the road, likely to allow vehicular access.
